     Carrot Cake

Ingredients
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. flour
2 t. cinnamon
1 t. baking soda
2 t. baking pwd
1 t. salt
3 c. grated carrots
 
Icing-
2 T. butter, softened
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 box pwd sugar
1/4 c. nuts
1 t. vanilla

Instructions
Add all cake ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat with electric mixer until well mixed.
Bake in greased and floured 13x9 at 325 for 45-50 min.
ICING- Mix all ingredients together and mix well.
