     Deer Summer Sausage

Ingredients
4 lbs ground deer
1/4 c. tender quick
2 T. liquid smoke
2 t. garlic pwd
2 t. course ground pepper
 
Instructions
Mix meat and tender quick well and refrigerate over night.
The next day, add remaining ingredients and mix well. Divide into 3 rolls.
Place on broiler pan and bake at 250 for 4 hours. Turn once durring baking.
