6 oz pkg butterscotch chips
|
|
1/2 t. vanilla
|
|
1/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
|
|
1/3 c. chopped pecans
|
|
1 slightly beaten egg white
|
|
pecan halves (for garnish)
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Melt chips over hot water. Stir in milk and vanilla.
Add pecans and mix well.
Chill until firm enough to handle.

|
Form into 12 inch roll on wax paper.
Roll tightly to shape evenly.
|
|
|
Drag fork tines, lenghtwise, all the way around roll, creating lines.
Brush with egg whites.
Press pecan halves on entire surface.
|
|
|
Wrap, chill and slice into small, round pieces of candy.
|
