Ingredients

	1 C Sugar
	4 C Flour
	2 C Butter
	2 t almond extract (can also use vanilla)


Instructions


Mix all ingredients well and knead. Form into balls (if dough is too sticky to roll, refrigerate until firmer).


Dip bottom of smooth glass in milk and flatten each cookie just a little.


Bake at 325 for 15 minutes.




Serving Suggestions

Can also add food coloring to make these more festive.
