Heat thick pan and add Olive Oil. Season Tuna on both side to taste. When oil is very hot, add tuna for 45 seconds. Gently flip and cook another 45 sec. Remove from oil and let rest for up to 10 min.
Add more oil and heat. Meanwhile, cut tuna into small cubes and chop all veggies. Add tortilla shells to thin layer of oil and cook to taste. Soak up oil with paper towel and sprinkle with salt.
When all Tortillas are cooked, add chopped tuna back to hot pan to quickly reheat. Spread tuna on tortilla and add toppings- cheese, avocado, cucumber, lettuce, red peppers, wasabi sauce.
