1 9inch pie crust (graham cracker crust is good too)
3/4 C sugar
2 Tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
1 C dark corn syrup
2 eggs
1/2 C evaporated milk
1 C pecans
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
Combine sugar, flour and salt in a bowl. Stir in Corn syrup. Add and stir in eggs, one at a time. Mix in milk, pecans and vanilla until completely mixed. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
