(WOOD) German sauerkraut

Ingredients
-
 1 large jar sauerkraut
-
 1 gala apple
-
 1/4 cup bron sugar
-
 2 TB balsamic vinegar
-
 apple juice
 
Instructions
Rinse and draink sauerkraut very well. Peel and chop apple. Mix all ingredients. Add enough apple juice to cook slowly until apple is cooked and flavors blend. (Works great in a crockpot.)
