Cut squash into cubed pieces. Cook in boiling water until tender.
Drain and mash. Combine squash with beaten eggs, bread crumbs,
butter, sugar, salt, onion and pepper.
Turn into 3 quart casserole taht has been sprayed. Cover with light
layer of bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes
until lightly browned.
