     Vermicilli Salad

Ingredients
1 - 10 oz pgk vermicilli, cooked al dente
1 TB Accent
2 tsp seasoning salt (Lawry's is best)
3 TB fresh lemon juice
4 TB veg oil
1 cup celery, chopped
2 small cans sliced black olives
1/2 cup yellow or orange bell pepper, chopped
 
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
1 small jar diced pimentos (diced even finer)
mayonnaise (to moisten)

Instructions
Mix 1st 5 ingredients in a large bowl and refrigerate overnight.
The next day add remaining ingredients and serve.
