Ingredients
2 6 oz Spanish Rice Mixes, (the ones you normally like)
3T butter
2 c chopped celery
2 c chopped green pepper
2 c chopped cooked ham
1/2 c chopped green onions
1 1/2 lbs cooked shrimp
2 t seasoned salt
1/4 t seasoned pepper
 
1 16 oz can diced tomatoes, drained

Instructions
Cook rice according to directions. Meanwhile, saute onion and bell pepper in butter. Set aside until rice is done. When rice is done mix everything together and heat until everything is warm.
