     Turkey in a Sack

Category   Entrees - Maindishes
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
SEE NOTE BELOW FIRST!
1 paper bag
1 turkey
1 c oil, calls for peanut but I use vegatable
2 t seasoned ssalt
3 t paprika
pepper to taste
4 t hot water

Instructions
We did this in home ec class in the late 70's. Some people may be concerned about the paper bags now. The only thing now is that bags are smaller than they used to be. I just use two bags sometimes. The turkey does really come out perfect.
Use oil to coat bag. Mix seasonings with hot water and season turkey in and out. Place turkey in bag and staple shut. 10 minutes per pound.
