2 egg whites
|
|
1 1/2 cups sugar
|
|
dash of salt
|

5 T water
|

1 1/2 t light corn syrup
|

1 t vanilla
|

|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Combine egg whites, sugar, salt, water and corn
syrup in top of double boiler, mixing thoroughly.
|
|
|
Place over rapidly boiling water, beat constantly at
high speed, and cook for seven minutes, or until the
frosting will stand up in peaks.
|
|
|
Remove from boiling water; add vanilla and beat
until thick enough to spread.
