put butter and peanut butter chips in glass bowl. Melt in microwave for 1 1/2 minute or more. Be careful not to burn. Slowly stir in can of sweetened condensed milk into melted mixture. Add marshmallows and stir well. Melt in microwave 30 sec to 1 minute more. Spread layer of peanuts in bottom of 9X11 baking dish. Spread marshmallow mixture over peanuts. Cover with more peanuts and press into marshmallow mixture. Let sit for six hours.
