     Crepe Batter

6 eggs
1 pint milk
1 cup flour
1/4 t sugar (for sweet crepes)

In a mixing bowl, beat together eggs. Add milk, mix well. Add flour, mix. Strain batter so it will be smooth. Cook 1/4 cup batter in pan greased with melted butter. (Batter will keep in fridge for 5 days.)
