Cake- Mix all ingredients all in a bowl. Beat well with spoon. Grease and flour a 9x13 pan. Bake in a 325 oven for about 40-50 minutes or until done. Cool. Frost when completely cool. Refrigerate leftovers.
Frosting- Beat butter, vanilla and cream cheese until fluffy. Add the powdered sugar, beat well. Stir in pecans if desired.
