     Italian Soup

Ingredients
1 lb. hot Italian sausage, browned
1 cup chopped onions
2 large cloves garlic-chopped
6 cups beef broth (1 large can)
16 oz. can chopped tomatoes (I used 2 cups fresh)
8 oz. can tomato sauce
Large zucchini sliced- large bite sized pieces (optional- this is good so don't leave this out)
1 large carrot- sliced
1 medium green pepper, sliced or diced in large pieces
 
1/2 cup dry red wine
1 T dried basil (I used 3 T fresh)
2 T dried oregano (I used 6 T fresh)
8 oz. pkg cheese tortellini (refrigerator case brand)

Instructions
Add all ingredients (except tortellini) into large pan and cook until carrots and other veggies are cooked. 15 minutes before serving add tortellini. Enjoy!
