     Pepperoni Bread

Ingredients
3/4 to 1 lb. thinly sliced deli pepperoni
1 lb. deli provolone
2 pkg. yeast (2 1/4 tsp)
1 T sugar
1 T salt
1 T soft butter
6 cups flour
2 1/2 cups warm water
 

Instructions
Mix yeast and very warm water. Let sit a few minutes. Next, add all of the other ingredients and half of the flour. Mix well. Slowly add the remaining flour and knead until is smooth. Place it in a greased bowl and cover with a cloth. Let the dough rise until it doubles. (about 40 min)
After it has risen, punch it down and divide into two or three pieces( I do two). Take each section of dough and roll into approximately 10 x 18 inch rectangles. Add 1/3-1/2 pepperoni and 1/3- 1/2 provolone to top of dough. Pinch the ends. Place on a cookie sheet and let rise again.
Hint- wrap pepperoni in paper towels and put in the microwave for about 20 seconds to get out the grease.
Bake 375 20-30 min.
