Ingredients
1 lb. (2 C.) canned salmon (bones removed)
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 T. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. prepared horseradish (not the creamy kind)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 C. chopped pecans
 
3 T. fresh, snipped parsley

Instructions
Mix salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, horseradish, salt, and liquid smoke. Chill several hours. Shape into log.
Combine pecans and parsley. Roll salmon log in nut mix.
Chill again and serve with crackers.
