     Potato Salad with Smoked Sauage

Ingredients
2 1/2 lb new potatoes, quartered ( about 8 c)
1 pkg (16 oz) Hillshire Farm Smoked Sausage (any variety) sliced
1 med green bell peper, chopped
4 green onion, sliced (about 1/2 c)
1/2 c. cherry tomatoes, quartered
Dressing-
1/4 c. vegetable oil
 
3 tbsp. White wine vinegar
2 tbsp whole-gran Diijon mustard
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp fround balck pepper

Instructions
Cook potatoes in boiling water for 10 to 12 min or until tender, drain
Heat a lg skillet obver med heat for 3 min. Add sausage and cook, sirring frequently for 3 to 4 min or until sausage is lightly browned
Combine dressing ingredients in lg bowl; whisk and set aside
Toss potaotes, sausage and remianing ingredients with dressing. Serve immediatly or refreigerate..
