     Baked Crab Rangoon

Ingredients
1 6oz can white crabmeat, drained and flaked
4oz Neufchatel or Cream Cheese
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
12 won ton wrappers
 

Instructions
Combine crab meat, cream cheese, green onions and mayonnaise.
Place 1 wonton wrapper in each of 12 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray, extending edges of wrapper over sides of cups. Fill with crab mixture.
Place in 350 degree oven and bake 18-20 minutes or until edges of cups are golden brown and filling is heated through.
Serving Suggestions
I like to use more won ton wrappers and only place a spoon full of the mixture in each.
