2 lbs fresh green beans, trimmed
|

2/3 cups onion, diced
|

3 tbsp vegetable oil
|

3 garlic cloves, minced
|

1/4 cup soy sauce
|

1 tsp pepper
|
|
1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted

Instructions |
|
|
Blanch green beans for 4-7 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain and immediately place beans in ice ice. Drain and pat dry.

In large skillet, saute beans and onion in oil until onion is tender. Add garlic and cook 1 min longer.
|
|
|
Stir in soy sauce and pepper.
|
|
|
Transfer to serving dish and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
