Potatoe Sausage Foil Packs

Ingredients
-
 1 pkg kielbasa, sliced
-
 2 large potatoes (or small red potatoes)
-
 1 green pepper, chopped
-
 1 red pepper, chopped
-
 1 yellow pepper, chopped
-
 1 onion, chopped
-
 4 tsp lemon juice
-
 4 tsp olive oil
-
 1/2 tsp garlic salt
 
-
 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
Divide kielbasa, potatoes, onion and peppers amongst 4 double tin foil packets.
Drizzle with lemon juice and oil. Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper.
Fold foil and seal tightly.
Grilled, covered, medium heat for 30-35 mins or until potatoes are tender.
