Combine first 7 ingrediants in small bowl. Rub this spice mixture evenly over chicken. Place chicken on grill rack coated with cooking spray; cover and grill chicken for 20 minutes, turning occasionally, let stand for 5 minutes. Shred with 2 forks.
To prepare sauce, heat canola oil in medium sauce pan over medium heat. Add onion; cook for 5 minutes or until tender. Stirring occasionally. Stir in next 5 ingrediants & 2 tsp sugar (through pepper) cook 30 seconds.
Stir in vinegar, ketchup, and molasses; bring to boil. Simmer for 10 minutes on low heat until slightly thickened; stirring occasionally. Add the chicken and stir. Cook chicken for about 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
