     Maui Artichoke and Crab Dip

Ingredients
2 16 oz loaves of King's Hawaiian Sweet Bread
3 8 oz packages of cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup Dijon mustard
3/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
12 oz cooked crab meat, fresh or frozen
8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
 

Instructions
Carefully hollow the loaf, leaving 1 inch on sides and bottom, cube removed bread and additional loaf.
Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder until smooth. Fold in artichoke hearts and crab.
Warm the mixture in microwave or on stovetop. Remove from heat. Mix 4 oz cheddar cheese into mixture, then pour into hollowed loaf.
Garnish with remaining cheddar. Arrange bread cubes around loaf when ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions
Serve warm or cold. May use immitation crab meat
