Saute onion and celery in butter till semi-soft. Add 1 can mushrooms and saute. Add 1 can soup and 1 can water. Mix well. Stir in 1 cup rice. Pour into casserole pan.
Top with chicken breasts seasoned with Cavender's greek seasoning. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
