Break eggs into a bowl big enough for the bread to
fit in and add a splash of milk and a pinch of salt.
Beat well.
Melt about a tsp. butter to cover the bottom of a
skillet and put the bread in the skillet. Once it is
golden brown, turn and let brown on the other side.

Suggestions
Serve with butter and syrup. I like to add some sliced bananas to mine.
