Place each piece of chicken between plastic wrap. Flatten to 1/4 inch using meat mallet. Sprinkle with pepper and fines herbs.
Top each with a piece of ham and 3 Tbsp cheese. Roll up, tuck in sides, and secure with a toothpick. NOTE- We like to use a little more mozzarella cheese.
Combine crumbs, paprika and garlic powder in shallow dish. Dip each roll into milk and dredge in crumb mixture. Place in 11 x 7 x 2 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 450 deg. for 30 mins. or until done. 242 Calories, 19% from fat. 1.4 gm fiber. 432 mg. sodium. One serving is one chicken roll.
