     Egg Custard pie

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1Tbsp butter
4 eggs @ room temperature
1 Tbsp vanilla pudding mix
2 cups whole milk @ room temperature
2 tsps nutmeg
1 deep dish pie crust
1 tsp vanilla extract
 

Instructions
Cream sugar, salt, pudding mix, and butter well. Add milk and vanilla extract.Mix well.Pour mixture into crust. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 300 until firm.
Serving Suggestions
