     Beef Vegie Soup

Ingredients
5 qts H2O
Soup stock for 4 quarts (6 tbls. beef stock)
1 1/2 lbs. Beef Short Ribs
8 Big carrots
1 onion
1 rutabega
3/4 head of cabbage
2 cups peas or green beans
5 stalks celery
 
Potatoes
1 can diced tomatoes
Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions
Add all to boiling water in order. Let boil and then cool overnight. Remove fat on top. Heat and serve.
