     broccoli cheese soup

Ingredients
3/4 cup chopped onion
3T margarine
6C water
pepper to taste
6 chicken boullion cubes
1 lb velvetta cubed
8 oz birds nest noddles
6 cups milk
1 tsp salt
 
1/4 tbs garlic powder
2 10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli

Instructions
saute onion. add h2o and boullion. heat to boil.
stir till cubes dissolve. gradually add noodles and salt.
cook 3 min. cook and drain broccoli- add garlic powder-cook 4 min.
reduce heat. add milk and cheese. stir till cheese is melted. season with pepper. Makes 4 quarts
