Mix the shortbread crumbs with half the honey in a bowl & press into the base of 4 small ramekins
|

|
Mix together cream cheese, cream & honey in bowl and spoon into the ramekins. Put in fridge for 15 minutes or until set.

|
|
Berry Sauce- Put strawberries, icing sugar and lime juice into a blender and strain.
|
|
|
Serve each chesecake topped with strawberries & Raspberries and the sauce
