Poach chicken breasts in a small amount of water to
which the boullion cubes have been added. Cook over
medium heat until tender and juices run clear.
Remove to cool and cut into cubes.
Heat a large pot with water to a boil. Add 1 Tbs.
salt and cook pasta according to package directions.
During the last 3 minutes of cooking, add broccoli
to blanch.
Meanwhile, heat butter in a skillet and add chopped
garlic and onion. Saute until tender.
Drain pasta and broccoli and return to large pot.
Add cubed chicken, garlic and onion, and 1/4 cup
chicken broth. Mix. Top with freshly grated parmesan
cheese.
