Bring water to a boil. Add salt and rice. Stir.
Continue to cook over medium heat until craters form
on top of rice. Cover and simmer 5-10 more minutes.
For best results, I use parboiled rice.
Recipe can be doubled. You can make any amount of
rice by using 2 parts water to one part rice.
Adjust seasoning.
