     Rotel Chicken

Ingredients
8 oz Vermecelli noodles
4 chicken breasts
8 oz velvetta cheese cut in small pieces
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mild rotel tomatoes
1 can small english peas with liquid
1 medium onion chopped
1 small can mushroom pieces drained
1 stick butter
 

Instructions
Boil chicken breasts, cool and shred. Cook vermecelli in the same liquid as the chicken breasts. Also add 1 can Swansons chicken broth. Saute the onion in the stick of butter. When the vermecelli is tender drain and mix all ingredients together.
Place in a casserole dish and bake at 350 for about 20 minutes. If you like crunch add 1 can sliced water chestnuts.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with a green salad and cuban bread and you have a meal.
