Take a aluminum foil pan, sprayed with pam, sprinkle with seasoning salt and some pats of butter.Open a bag of hashbrowns, add the eggs, onion,meat, cheese and green pepper. Mix by squeezing the bag until well mixed. (You can also use a large ziploc bag instead.)
Place in the foil pan. Add some salt and pepper, seasoning salt, and a bit more butter on top of the hashbrown mixture. Wrap the pan tightly with foil as you will have to turn it over.
Place the pan on a preheated grill (low to medium heat) and turn every five minutes until cooked.
