Melt butter and sugar in small saucepan on stove. Bring to a boil
and continue until sugar dissolves.

While butter mixture is melting, line one large cookie sheet with
saltines. For easy clean up line pan with parchment paper.

|
Pour butter mixture over saltines. Bake for 9-10 minutes (watch
Careful - they burn easily. Remove immediately and sprinkle
chocolate chips over crackers. Return to oven for 1 minute.
Remove and immediately spread chocolate evenly. Sprinkle nuts
over chocolate.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, then break up into pieces.
