1 whole chicken chopped or 3lbs of your choice of parts

1 bunch of spinach
|
|
2 green papayas
|
|
2 Tbsp ground ginger
|
|
10 cloves of garlic
|

1 yellow onion
|
|
2 Tbsp olive oil
|
|
1 cup water
|
|
Salt and pepper

Instructions |
|
|
Add olive oil to large pot. Sautee ginger, garlic and onion in that order.
|

Add chicken, salt and pepper. Let cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes.
|
|
|
Add water and bring to a boil. Add papayas and let cook for a couple minutes. Lastly add spinach.
