     Sour Cream Enchiladas

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c sour cream
1 1/2 t minced onion
1 c shredded cheese
8 oz green chilies
12 tortillas
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Boil chicken in water until tender. Remove skin. Cut into bite size strips.
In a saucepan heat soup, sour cream, onion and chiles. Meanwhile, soften tortillas in microwave with water or by heating in oil.
Top each tortilla with 2 T soup mixture; roll up. Continue for all tortillas. Arrange in greased 13x9x2 baking dish.
Pour remaining soup mixture over enchiladas. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake 30 minutes. Serve hot. mm
