1 large rotisserie Chicken, deboned, skinned and shredded
|
|
1 cup (250ml) diced Danish Feta Cheese
|

1 packet (150g) English Spinach, blanched and drained
|
|
1 tub (250ml) Sour Cream
|
|
3 large Eggs, beaten
|
|
Salt and milled Pepper
|
|
3 sheets Phyllo Pastry
|
|
Olive Oil, to brush
|

Instructions |
|
|
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Toss chicken, feta and spinach together in a large ovenproof dish.
|

|
Mix cream and eggs together and season. Stir through chicken mixture.
|
|
|
Halve phyllo sheets and brush generously with olive oil.
Cover pie with phyllo, tucking pastry in around the sides.
|
|
|
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and heated through.
