Mix chopped sahllots, grainy mustard, lemon juice, rosemary, thyme. Spread over chicken breats. Press bread crumbs into mustard. Place on cookie sheet. Drizzle with oil and bake.
Mix buttermilk, 1 Tbs chopped shallots, 1 tsp mustard, lemon juice, chopped parsley, honey, salt and pepper. Serve with chicken
