Finely Chop Basil and Pine nuts in a food processor.
Add Garlic and pulse to mix.

Slowly add in oil as the processor is running.
Add Lemon juice
|

Add cheese and pulse process 30 seconds.
|
|
|
Add salt and fresh ground pepper to taste, pulse process a few seconds.

Store in a clean jar in the refrigerator, will last a very long time. Serve with Italian bread, tomatoes, and cheese for Bruschetta.
