Ingredients
8 oz italian loaf cut into 1 inch cubes (1/2 loaf)
8 oz ham cube
1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
1 cup all color peppers chopped
1/2 cup green onions sliced
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
10 eggs beaten
3 cups milk
1/2 tsp salt
 
1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
spray into a 9x13 pan. layer 1/2 each bread,cheese,ham,mushrooms,peppers,onions, or bottom of pan-repeat-beat eggs.
whisk in milk and seasoning. pour over eggs-cover-refrigerate overnight or several hours.
bake at 350 degrees 55-60 min.
