     Cuban Hamburgers

Ingredients
2 slices bread, crumbled and soaked in 1/4 c. milk
1 lb. ground beef
3 links fresh ground chorizo sausage
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. ketchup
1 Tsp. hot sauce
1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. paprika
1 Tsp. salt
 
1/2 tsp. pepper
15 dinner rolls
Canned potato sticks

Instructions
Soak bread in milk. Set aside. Combine remaining ingredients except dinner rolls. Squeeze bread to remove excess milk and add to meat mixture. Mix thoroughly. Shape into small patties.
Heat a griddle over medium heat and add patties. Cook 3-4 minutes on each side, or until brown. Drain on paper towels
Warm buns in a preheated 300 degree oven. To assemble burgers, add a patty, a dollop of ketchup, and some shoestring potatoes.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with french fries.
