     Sour Cream Pound Cake

Ingredients
1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix
8 oz sour cream
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
4 eggs
Fried Version also requires-
unsalted butter
heavy whipping cream
 

Instructions
Mix eggs, sugar and oil. Add cake mix. Add Sour cream. Mix on high for 2 minutes. Pour into bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min to 1 hour.
Fried version- Slice cake into pieces. Melt unsalted butter in skillet. Dip cake in whipping cream and brown in unsalted butter. Serve with strawberries and cool whip.
