|
Place frozen chicken breasts in a baking dish. Put a slice of Swiss cheese, then a slice of ham on each breast.

|
Mix the soup with about 1/2 c sour cream and a tablespoon of lemon juice; pour over the breasts (if too thick, add a little water).
|

|
Pour bread crumbs on top of each breast until a good solid layer.
|
|
|
Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour, maybe a little longer, until the juice is bubbly and the crumbs are browned a little.
