Ingredients
2 pkg frozen strawberries or raspberries, thawed
4 tsp corn starch
1 c (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 c cold water
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding and pie mix
2 c heavy cream
1/4 c orange juice
1 (10 1/2 oz) loaf pound cake, cut in 1 inch cubes
Almonds for garnish (optional)
 

Instructions
Drain berries, reserve 1 cup of berry juice. Stir juice and corn starch over medium heat. Cook until thick and clear, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and chill until cooked.
In large bowl combine sweetened condensed milk, water, and pudding mix. Beat until well blended. Chill for 5 mins. Whip heavy cream and fold into pudding mixture.
Layer trifle- cake cubes, sprinkle orange juice over cubes, berries, syrup, pudding. Repeat layer, ending wiht pudding. Garnish and chill for 1 hour.
