Sue's Sassy Hamburger Patties

Ingredients

-	1 1/2 lbs hamburger meat
-	3/4 cup cracker crumbs
-	2 eggs
-	1/4 cup milk
-	1 large onion, chopped
-	1/2 large bell pepper, chopped
-	2 pieces celery, chopped
-	Salt and pepper to taste
-	1 medium can tomato sauce


Instructions


Mix all ingredients into meat and form patties. Brown on both sides. Drain grease. Cover patties with tomato sauce. Cover and simmer until cooked through.
