     Chicken Breasts in Sour Cream

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
1 small jar mushrooms, drained
1 can low-fat mushroom soup, undiluted
1 cup sour cream
 

Instructions
Spray shallow baking dish with oven spray. Arrange chicken without overlapping pieces. Cover with mushrooms. Blend well the soup and sour cream and pour over chicken to completely cover. (Sprinkle with paprika if desired). Cook uncovered 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350 degrees or until sauce is golden brown.
Note- Great for cooking while your in church on Sundays. I've been making this since I was a bride (well almost). -Ann Coody
