Mix broth, pepper, carrots, celery and onion in a saucepan with 1
tablespoon butter. Sauté until almost done. Stir in turkey or
chicken. Cook over medium heat 15 minutes.
Cook noodles separate and add to soup the last 15 minutes. You
can double the recipe if you have more people. I also use two
medium potatoes, sliced (sometimes).
Jonathan’s Tip- When I don’t have leftover turkey or chicken I use
one can (4.5 oz.) Swanson Premium Chunk Chicken Breast for every
cup of chicken in the recipe.
