Line a baking dish at least two inches in depth with a large piece
of heavy foil. (I have to crisscross in order to cover the meat).
Place brisket in dish and pour mixed ingredients over meat (I rub
it into the meat, but it’s not necessary). Seal foil tightly around
meat; marinate in refrigerator overnight. (I’ve had to cheat on
this when unexpected company arrives---I’ve put it all together
and put into oven. Not as great tasting, but still tasted good).
